Terms of Service
Welcome to Worldwide Rafting Co. (WRC)! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and bookings. By using our site, you agree to these Terms.
1. General Information
WRC acts as an online directory and booking platform that connects users with independent white-water rafting providers worldwide. WRC does not own, operate, or control any rafting excursions listed on our site. Your agreement for any rafting activity is directly with the provider you book with.

3. Booking & Payment
- WRC facilitates bookings but does not handle direct payments to rafting providers. Each provider may have its own pricing, cancellation, and refund policies.
- You are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to the specific terms of the rafting provider before confirming a booking.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation policies vary by provider. It is your responsibility to check the provider’s refund and cancellation terms before booking.
- WRC is not responsible for any refunds or disputes between customers and providers.
5. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
- White-water rafting is an inherently dangerous activity. By booking through WRC, you acknowledge and accept all risks involved, including but not limited to injury, death, and property damage.
- Each provider may require you to sign a separate waiver before participating.
- WRC is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or losses incurred during any rafting excursion.
6. Responsibilities of Users
- You agree to follow all safety instructions provided by the rafting provider.
- You are responsible for ensuring you meet any health, fitness, and age requirements set by the provider.
- You must provide accurate medical and emergency contact information when required.
7. Provider Responsibilities
- Each provider is responsible for maintaining proper safety standards, trained guides, and legally required insurance.
- WRC does not vet or certify providers; users should research individual companies before booking.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WRC shall not be liable for any:
- Injuries, damages, or losses occurring before, during, or after a rafting excursion.
- Errors, omissions, or misrepresentations made by third-party rafting providers.
- Cancellations, delays, or force majeure events affecting bookings.
